Mistletoe For A Vintage Bathroom

I designed an inset magazine shelf to create storage space and replaced the dark brown vanity with a white one. It was topped with a peach-colored counter that matched the 1937 wall and floor tiles. I used sage green and silver to antique a mirror to cover the medicine cabinet door. Clear shower doors increase the sense of space.

The mistletoe green pushes out the walls of this 25-foot-square room, inviting the outside inside. It also accents the 1937 floor tiles. A patterned April Cornell tablecloth, hung as a curtain, accents all the colors in the room. The print by Spanish artist Botero reflects the colors and the function of the room.
